Black Screen

A black screen fills your entire display with pure black (#000000). It is widely used for OLED pixel testing, photography light control, presentation breaks, and checking for dead pixels or backlight bleed.

Common uses for a black screen

  • Display testing — spot stuck pixels or uneven backlighting on monitors and TVs.
  • Photography & video — control ambient light or create a neutral backdrop.
  • Presentations — pause on a clean black slide between sections.
  • Focus & rest — reduce eye strain during breaks from bright content.

Click the screen or press F to enter fullscreen. Use the download panel to save a black background at 1080p, 4K, or custom dimensions.
